Sales Forecasting
I created a sales forecast for a major UK automotive brand using market sales and price, with a high degree of accuracy. This enabled them to input the market forecast and planned pricing to see sales 12 months ahead, adding greater insight to their existing forecasts which were only produced for each month within that month. It also enabled them to sanity check their business plan and see who their sales would change if the market outlook suddenly significantly changed.
